In the morning of December 23, 2010, a man was driving down a street of Kiev, Ukraine's capital. He was pulled over by a police officer who approached the driver and asked him to show his driver's license.
As the driver was confident that he was pulled over for no reason, he asked if he could see the officer's ID. The officer fulfilled his request.
In an instant, another officer came by and attempted to unlock the door from inside while reaching through the window and shouting "Why the f*ck are you driving drunk?! Give me your f*ing hands!" and started dragging the driver out of his car.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VUUhEeQ8Ak4This video is not just shocking.... It is a demonstration of how the Ukrainian policemen act in real life and how they use their tricks to punish a sober driver for being "drunk".
The officer's plan is simple: to threaten the driver and get a bribe.
It happens quite frequently that the driver is escorted by a police car to a hospital to be tested for alcohol without filling out any documents and/or records that are mandatory for such a case. In accordance with the Ukrainian legislation, the driver can be sent to a hospital for a blood/urine test only after being tested with a breathalyzer or if he/she refuses to do a breathalyzer test, but only after such a refusal was documented in the presence of two witnesses.
In the hospital the driver will encounter a corrupt doctor who will issue a fake report. You cannot refuse to take a blood/urine test because a refusal to be tested and drunk driving are punished equally bad.
If you decide to sue the police officer for his actions which constitute a criminal offense, the prosecutor will take the side of the police and you will lose the case.
These are the road police officers’ classical tactics – to beat up the driver, to backdate a report to show that the driver was drunk while driving and to make it impossible for the driver to prove the officer wrong.
Interestingly, when the officers in the video realized that the driver was using the phone to call the police to ask for a police squad to be sent over to deal with the situation, they immediately returned the documents to the driver and started denying the fact of dragging him out of his car.
The officer even refused to let the driver take a breathalyther test.
Therefore, the police officers simply wanted to trick a sober driver out of money.
It is shocking that the events shown in the video were taking place in the daytime in a public place! You can only imagine what happens at night, when there are no witnesses.... and the driver has no camcorder.
